KOREAN STYLE FRIED CHICKEN

CHICKEN TENDERS

NEUTRAL OIL (FRYING)
GREEN ONION
SESAME SEEDS
3 TBSP MAYO

BATTER:
1/8 CUP FLOUR
1/2 CUP CORN STARCH
SALT&PEPPER

SAUCE:
1/4 CUP ORIGINAL
1/8 CUP SPICY
1/4 CUP KETCHUP



Pat the chicken dry and coat with mayo.
Mix the batter and drop the chicken into the batter evenly coating each piece.
Gently drop the chicken into the oil and fry until golden brown on each side.
Don't crowd the pan, you can do a bit at a time and drain on a paper towel.

Mix the sauce and pour over the cooked chicken. Add diced green onion and sesame seeds.

Serve over rice.
