About
Nukayok means 'New Beginnings' and that it's okay to start again. I decided to step out of my comfort zone and focus on communicating and reconnecting myself to those around me. This sauce was a product of years of trial and error as I taught myself how to cook. I started incorporating it into dishes I made, in an effort to connect with those I cared for through the way I show love through food. I named the sauce Nukayok because it is based on who I am. It is the symbol and the sign that represents positive change within myself and within my life. I want to share my sauce with everyone in the hopes of inspiring others and to help bring people closer together.
